Technician Web Interface

The web interface for technicians to complete service calls now has the ability to email a receipt to the customer.  When the tech finishes the service call, the screen will have a button to email and the email address from the dispatch master record.  If you change the email address, it will update the email address of the dispatch master.  The email sent to your customer will detail the job, services performed, comments, and any inventory used.  If the call is a billable call, the email will list the amount for each service/inventory item, any tax, and the total invoiced.  If the call is a non-billable service call, the receipt will show a zero price.

Accounts Receivable

When searching for a customer, if the search parameter is found twice for the same address and customer number, it will only appear once.  For example, you may have the same customer name and search name.  This used to display twice in the customer search.  Now, it will display once if all four columns are the same.
The drop ship screen and the order detail screen will now show profit margin and cost on the order.  This is only displayed if the user has permission to change cost on the order detail.  The change cost is controlled by a setting in the setup user permissions.

Faxing Center

The new faxing center now includes multi meters.  Each meter is listed on the fax.

Customer Web Interface

The customer web site has now been split into three different products.  This allows you to license only the part of the web interface you need.  Before, the customer web interface was combined and allowed your customers to view and order supplies, view service history and place service calls, and enter meter readings and page counts.
Now, each function can be licensed from River Cities Software separately. For example, if you just want your customers to view purchase history and place supply orders, you do not need the service call portion.  Now you do not have to pay for the parts you will not use.
The data can be be hosted at your site, your ISP, or with RCS.

Reman Production

The production sheet report now has a button to zero out the "make" column.  This will set the make to zero for all items.
